The Belford room is available between 6 AM and 12 AM for a low rent of $100/hour with a 4-hour minimum. The Belford room can be reserved as far as 3 months in advance. A $100 deposit is due upon reservation and will be applied to the rental rate. Checks can be made payable to Damon Manriquez Partners, LTD. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less that 7 days in advance. Certain restrictions apply. Events with more than 50 people are not allowed. The Belford room is no-smoking zone and open flames are prohibited. Alcoholic beverages may be permitted with approval. The room should be left clean with a $75 penalty charged if this requirement is not met.
