the Belford Room, Georgetown, Texas

Looking for a unique place to host a meeting or an event in Georgetown, Texas? The Belford Meeting Room offers not only a spacious and nicely appointed meeting area, but does it in a beautifully restored historic building deeply steeped in Georgetown's rich lore and history. If location and ambiance factor in to your need for a memorable event, the Belford Meeting Room might be the ideal solution for your space needs.

The Belford Meeting Room is on the 3rd Floor of the Old Masonic Lodge Building. In fact, the Masons met in this very room for 82 years before the building first sold and received its initial round of renovation. It's no stranger as being "the place to meet." The room can accommodate 39 people for an event and has the practical amenities of both wired and wireless Internet, telephone, white board, personal room temperature controls and kitchenette. Internet is provided by both Suddenlink Cable and Verizon DSL (both clocked at 1.2 mega-bits per second). The kitchenette has an ADA-compliant sink, full-sized fridge and snack bar. Two fully ADA-compliant restrooms are just down the hall, and access to a smaller break-out conference room can also be arranged.

Perhaps best of all, the room is nestled just above Romeo's Ristorante Italiano, one of Georgetown's finest and most popular restaurants, so it has direct access to Romeo's excellent menu, service, full bar and catering capacity.

The room is accessed by the Grand Stair, as well as a new ADA-accessible private elevator.
